Comfortable bed, clean room, perfect location for us

This had to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had no warning that the place was under construction. The tv didn't work well. We woke up every morning to painters outside making all kinds of noise. One day the paint fumes coming in were so bad my girlfriend had to evacuate for the day, and the manager was condescending, rude, and dismissive. I would never go back to this hotel!

I really enjoy the experience when I live in Holiday Inn, somerville. It has good location and service. The room is clean and comfortable.

Hotel offers free shuttles to boston downtown and is very convenient. The rooms was spacious and clean. The hotel is also close to the tube station.

Staff very helpful, convenient to downtown Boston, only problem was that the t.v. remote did not change stations, had to be done on t.v. itself and also a disappointment not to be able to use the pool during the day due to limited hours.
