Just a typical Holiday Inn, staff were somewhat less than friendly.

The hotel was in an ideal location in downtown concord. Overall, the room was very clean and larger than a standard room but the walls were very thin.

Not sure why, but room service could not accommodate our request for a bottle of wine with or meal....something to do with not having the proper liquor license. A mild inconvenience but annoying none the less.
