The new breakfast service offered was a success. Only real gripe was the TV in the room had an awful signal for most of the small number of stations on it, and although it stated there were movies that we could have ordered the service was not avaliable during our 2 nights there.

A fair place to stay if youa re in the area of Waterloo. Clean and tidy and a helpful staff.

Hotel is about 5-10minutes walk from southwark tube station. Nice facilities and clean room. Staff friendly and reception open 24hrs. We were booked into a smoking room by mistake which I was a bit worried about but no need as I couldn't smell any smoke in the room (& I have a good sense of smell !!)

We only stayed one night before catching the train to Paris. The location was in an excellent location for the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
