The hotel was a great value for $15.000 + tax. The only setback was the$8.40 per day resort fee .

This is not a super fancy hotel but the rooms are clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. the location is great. You can get to just about anywhere by the monorail or walking. That saves a ton on cab fair.

For the money it is probably the best deal in Vegas and it is for everyone, cut across the classes etc. I found pleasant people just as I would in Aria. Difference: the price tag. I read others reviews and I must say the guy who got thrown out, well he had to be ..., obnoxious or more... I just do not believe they threw him out for no reason or nothing!

The water is not hot while the flows are small. I consider it the basic requirement of each hotel room to have hot water going out in big flows.

My trip incurred additional cost not explained during the iniatition process at the beginning causing me undue hardship not budgeted for my trip. Additional car insurance...cost $114 with 38% tax bringing total to $150.00 then agent requested $350.00 deposit. Then, a car inspection was not completed by issuing agent so when the vehicle was turned in the agent inspecting the vehicle during the turn-in process tried to add cost (they assumed we damaged) from normal wear of driving. The hotel added $42.00 x 2 = $84.00 for use of the facilities i.e. fitness center and other amenities thought that were covered. The VIP Club crawl does not allow friends to tag along as indicated in their receipt...it cost an additional $82.00 per person not mentioned at all. Then, the customer agent was rude in his explanation of the process. The thing about travelling and good customer service is to let the customer know what they are incurring so they feel comfortable in their decision during the buying process. Oh...$25.00 bag fee thru US Air incurred to and from. I had a good time in Vegas as always but was very dissatified with the service and contract not fully explained and hotel, rental car, and VIP not honoring what I purchased. I rate this review on a scale of 1 thru 10 with ten being the best...4. Again, the customer just wants the truth up front and not be or feel taken advantage after the purchase especiially during a vacation.
