Not necessarily a five star hotel, but very good. Rooms are comfortable and the location is very good - near the city center. We'd stay there again.

Very nice and helpful staff to let us check in early after a long, tiring overnight train. Room is clean and at good location near the theatres.

This hotel was excellent in just about every way. The staff had a little trouble with English at times but overall went the extra mile to make us happy. Recommendations for shows, trips and restaurants were good. Vienna is such a great city that we wish we stayed a day or 2 longer, Getting around at first seems difficult but after one or 2 trips on the trolley/bus/tram it is an easy city to navigate.
