Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland City Guest Reviews
We used the internet for 3 hrs and got charged for 240 MB ($43) when all we checked is work emails, the print out suggests heavy download activity which was not true. Next time we will stay in the places with internet included or fixed rate, we also asked for 2 keys and nothing was said but they slapped on a $50 fee for the extra key! We travel alot for business and have tried diff places and sorry to say this was a dissapointing experience!

It is worth spending a little extra to book in somewhere that will be much more worth the money than coming here, or spend the same somewhere else and recieve a nicer receptionist. Maybe it was only the receptionist that served me (young asian woman) that is just blatantly rude, but it only takes one unhelpful, unwelcoming person to ruin your stay. I would not reccomend this hotel because of her mainly and also because it just isn't worth the money.

Good tidy room and very friendly staff. Furniture starting to look a little worn and some stains but for the price was very good in comparison with some dearer options. good room service menu.

We found the staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Facitlities are of high standard and the cleanleness and location of the hotel was top notch to us. Would recommend to all.
