... but the venue is in desperate need of refurbishment. The style of the hotel simply cannot go with shabby chic. Cleaning staff didn't bother to vacuum our room for entire stay of 5 days or to refill (complimentary) tea and sugar. One day we got the big towels, the other day just the tiny ones... But otherwise the receptionist was helpful and location is great. Just beware the steep stairs are a killer and the small rooms are really small. But all in all I'd stay there again.

Helpful staff and in a very good location, near the major art galleries. Cute minimalist decor. On the negative side, we were in a basement room without air-conditioning, which we took for granted in a 4-star hotel; it would have been very unpleasant in the height of summer. And wi-fi was charged separately. I think that free wi-fi should be regarded as essential in all hotels.

I was upgraded to a supreme room for free, was spotless, quiet, in a prime area outside the red light district. I was surprised at how perfect it was!

Ubelievable small room! a double that cannot even fit one person. in the bathroom only shower is confortable: everything else is too packed.

Quite nice hotel, I like this kind of Boutique Hotel style. Original décoration, friendly welcome. Much better from my point of view than many Hotel chains.
