well it got even better this time.we tryed breakfast and dinner this time and we were very impressed.they had a club for guests called the regency club, you have to try this out. will be back again asap.

i found it to be a very comfortable place to stay.maybe some poolside service would be good.will stay there again but for a little longer next time

We travelled for a wedding there and due to the torrential rain for 5 days straight it was moved to the onsite chapel very open and lovely. We stayed for 5 nights and had our 10month old daughter with us, they supplied a cot at no additional charge and also nappy bins. Fantastic Place, Great friendly staff, Lovely grounds and lagoon and pool area, Rooms were lovely and they really looked after as, More than happy to drop you around the place due to the rain and even picked us up from the Marina after we went out for dinner.

If you want to really relax away from the hustle and bustle, the Hyatt Regency is the hotel for you. The customer service is fantastic and the staff are sooooooooo friendly. The welcome bottle of red wine and Hyatt bakery delights were a beautiful touch. The rooms may require a little refurbishing but don't let that put you off because they are spotlessly clean and have still been built with luxury in mind (even though they may not look it from the outside). The masthead bakery bakes the BEST little cakes. Our only concern was the fact that you have to walk a little bit of a distance between your room and reception and even though the golf buggy took us to our room and back when we arrived and departed I wonder what would happen if you had difficulty walking that distance - although I am sure with the customer service that was provided they would no doubt collect you - but make some enquiries if you are in that position.
