Good location, flexible staff, nice place. Car parking is a pain - but this is Central London.

Room was quite small, however the location is great and the service wis excelent.

Needs some renovating but good linen. Carpet very worn and dirty. Room small but for 3 days in London it was an adequate base.

The room we stayed in was on the ground level and therefore could hear the subway. The carpet had stains on it. The window was difficult to get to open. Would not stay at this hotel again. The buffet breakfast was the only highlight of stay.

Old boutique type hotel with small rooms and creaking floorboards. Overnight stay OK but not recommended for a lengthy stay in London.
