bad experience for my staying this hotel. The hotel needs to charge additional 3% of total payment if paid by the credit card. Very unreasonable. Besides, the facilities are quite old and not clean.

i visit london very often and must have stayed in lots of hotel the best thing about this hotel is room size ,cleanliness and best part is location 2 metro stations at 1 min walk ,2 min to hyde park , city centre is so very close plus all day all night from near by bus stop, over all good , friendly staff members . i will visit again .

Nice and helpful staff. Many thanks to Kamran the receptionist. My room was simple but clean and very good value for money. The location is perfect to visit London - 2 underground station within a minute walking distance. Will definitely stay with you again.
