Arrived early at 8.30am, check in was 2pm, they allowed us to check into a smoking room which wasnt unpleasant. Walls are thin, location was great. I would stay here again.

Pleasant helful staff. Lovely clean room. Would expect breakfast included at this price, but ,was still cheaper than most Edinburgh hotels. Will stay at Jurys again next time I visit the capital.

I stayed here for the second time as I loved it when I stayed there for the first time. It's a very pleasant hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is slightly expensive for dinner but the waiters/waitresses are really nice. Breakfast was good (buffet). Approximately 5-7 minute walk to the tourist information (near the airport shuttle bus stop). I wish the rates were a little low and there might be other good hotels around but I'd love to stay there again, hopefully longer next time. Certainly one of the very best hotels I have stayed at (around this price range, of course, but probably as good and comfortable as fancier ones). It's somewhere between a good budget hotel and a fancy hotel so you can expect friendly but professional staff as well.

- room on the street - too much noise - hair-dryer broken - heating insufficient
