I like this hotel. Location is very convenient, near a large mall and the underground metro and shops. You can get whatever you want on the same block. The hotel is also pretty nice :)

das Hotel an sich finde ich ganz gut es liegt halt etwas abgelegen aber die U-Bahn ist nur ca. 5 Min. entfernt also kein Problem!

Excelennte Zimmer, allerdings schlechte Beleuchtung (zu Dunkel) gute Matratzen / Betten. Frühstücksraum nicht komfortabel

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel feels like home from home rather than a large impersonal chain hotel. I will definitly make this my hotel of choice when staying in London.

We really enjoyed the stay at K West hotel, and would very much like to come back another time. Sheperds Bush is also a good location in many ways for a trip to London :-)
