Stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful B&B in the perfect quiet bush location only 8 min drive from Margaret River township. A little gem!!! The owners were very welcoming & accommodating. Room was clean & crisp, everything was so new & comfortable (bed, spa bath) that we felt like staying there for another week!! :-) Breakfast cooked by the owners using their own produce (eggs, bread, vegetables). There was a large common area in the house with a huge LCD TV, couches & dining area so we could bring our own food/snacks & watch a movie in the evening. Would stay there again next time we go to Margaret River!!!

Free broadband wireless internet (follow the free - you'll find progressive hosts). Fabulous breakfast included in price with eggs laid by chooks on the property. Beautiful bush setting - on several acres. Hosts readily available to answer questions. Brilliant design. Roaring Place is only 18 months built so I expect it to be too expensive for me next time around I'm able to get to this part of the world. Took my breath away on arrival and very restorative a place to stay. A family of kangaroos ate the long cooch runners in the new lawn and drank from the bird bath just out the windows. Saw red robins and a ring neck parrot. Paid $225 for Sat and $145 for Sun.

Lovely place, great service, very comfortable bed, kangaroos, orchids/wildflowers, easy drive to all attractions, knowledgable/friendly host, Rain water and fresh breakfast of choice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Bliss!

Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The place was well set up and facilities were good. There were a couple of minor things: - the first night we were a bit cold in the main living room but the folowing night we found the high fan setting on the gas fire and it was much better; - on the bed one of the blankets was a synthetic polar fleece type which is probably good for others, once we removed that we slept very well. Very minor things, everything else was great: - Breakfast - perfectly cooked poached eggs, fresh homemade bread, juices, fresh fruit for the wide range of cereals; - Coffee plunger and ground coffee was always available along with superb home made muffins and a wide variety of tea bags any time of the day. thanks Dirk & Pam.
