Located at San Polo 1612, the Locanda Poste Vecie Hotel Venice is just 2 minutes drive from Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from Saint Mark' Square.

Truly pleasant and with an inviting ambiance thanks to the lacquered furnishings inspired by 18th-century Venetian style, all the rooms are bright and spacious and equipped with modern amenities to assure you an enjoyable vacation.
Restaurant
The Locanda's best feature is the restaurant, the Antica Trattoria Poste Vecie and the first one to open in Venice back in 1500. It has been delighting patrons ever since with exquisite recipes spanning the Venetian tradition and the most innovative international cuisine, the whole accompanied by a selection of wines from the excellent cellar. Very inviting and featuring a large fireplace and original frescoes, it boasts a pretty garden which in summer becomes the perfect place to eat.

Locanda Poste Vecie Hotel Venice Guest Reviews
Nice rooms, but some are most spacious than others, like mine was room 10 and was so satisfactory, even overlooking a small canal! Very very close to the local fruit and vegetables and fish market. Central location, we walked to all different attractions. The breakfast is very bad, though. I don't recommend it. Coffee shops in the city will make up for it.

A nice place but no-one was there when I arrived and I had to get a key from nearby; no night time reception and could have been more helpful with my baby. Overall a nice place which could do better on service.

this is a very small hotel in the Rialto district. It is very clean but does not have many facilities. We went in November and although there is central heating, this didn't seem to work very well. It is ok if you do not intend spending much time there. Breakfast was meagre and basic. Staff were friendly.

the hotel is small and quaint, very central, few minutes from Rialto Bridge, not very easy to find as hidden into a small side street. the room was very nice facing a canal. Maybe a bit expensive as all hotels in Venice. Athmosphere very friendly and people at reception nice
