When we stayed at the hotel, major work was being done. In spite of this it was a nice hotel with a good location. The staff was friendly and very helpful and overall it was a good stay.

the room smelt of paint which wasn't ideal. Otherwise the hotel has a great bar and is perfectly located for the various night life attractions Manchester has to offer.

Still got the builders in we new that when we booked. Hotel fantastic location ,rooms superb,price was amazing. Overall if your staying in manchester stay here.

this hotel is undergoing renovations at present ,showers were cold in the morning and bookings for twin rooms were reserved as double rooms .
