We understand your plans may change. Which is why we'll do as much as possible to assist with any hotel reservation changes. Please note that some hotels don't allow any amendments to dates or room type, as such any updates will be treated as a cancellation. HotelClub will only charge a small cancellation or amendment fee, however, please note that some hotels charge cancellation fees (in addition to HotelClub fees), so please refer to your hotel confirmation voucher for details.
Simply enter your Booking ID and the email address used when making the booking (see above). You will be able to access a page where you can print another copy of your voucher. If you are still unable to access the voucher, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
You can check the status of your existing booking at any time by entering your Booking ID and the email address used when you made your booking (see above).
You can obtain your Booking ID from the email we sent to you after you made your booking. If you have accidentally deleted this email, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
