I was automatically upgraded to an executive room, which was a lot bigger with slippers, dressing gown. I had a meal in the bar which was excellent. Service was also friendly and very good.

This is a typical business hotel - clean and efficient. Room size is a bit tight but adequate. Breakfast is average and not very exciting. Location is right off A1 so perfect for me since I did have a car. 15-20 minutes to city center. I don't think there is any metro station near the hotel.

I found the restaurant in the evening to be poorly organised for individuals (it had many people form coach parties), and rather pricy for what was served. In the morning the breakast service was very good.

Excellent satff very friendly and always helpful, their attention to detail provides a customer service standard that exceeds expectations. I will definately visit this hotel again, and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.
