I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the rooms were so comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good and the location was quiet and yet very accessible - close to stations and there was never a wait for a taxi. All in all, just lovely.

Will definitely be our usual in London, we dont like the crush of the tourist hot spots. The location is great for bus and tube and local shops.
