Staff at this hotel were excellent - I could not wish for better. The only drawback is the lack of full restaurant services, but with the Naschmarket only a minute or two away this was not a major problem.

An average hotel. Perfectly adequate accomodation if your not after anything too stylish. Four star rating seems generous considering whats on offer. Very good location however.

Location is very good - near to Theater An der Wien. Karlsplatz station is very close so it is easy to go anywhere. The room is clean and the staff are kind.
