Good Central Location, Car park a bit of a treck (Not at Hotel Site). Not well sign posted. Hotel Clean and Modern however and nicely laid out.

A very clean, modern hotel, ideally situated in the centre of the city. It has spacious common areas and bedrooms. The staff were both professional and courteous/friendly. A good breakfast selection including fresh fruit. Valet Car parking @ £20/night or nearby multi-storey car park available. A 10% discount voucher for the multi-storey car park is available from the hotel reception.

Great hotel, nice staff will stay here again. Rooms are large, clean and modern. Located right in the heart of the city.

Right in the heart of the city so great for shopping, cafes and restaurants. The room we had was large, modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that the mini bar is only turned on when you purchase items for the hotel's mini bar menu....so no hope of keeping things cool....not so good when travelling with a baby.

We just stayed the one night in one of the junior suites which was very nice and spacious. The staff at the hotel were polite although there was the obligatory overcharging on the bill. At the champagne bar the staff asked us not to add a gratuity as apparently the staff never see this. There is no parking facility at the hotel although they offer a valetting service for £20 per day. There is a help yourself breakfast which was good. The hotel is in an excellent location and has a very airy modern feel to it. Would definitely stay again.
