Modernista Apartment Barcelona Guest Reviews
The apartment was large and extremely well located. The problems were: there is a church right beside the bedroom window where bells ring early in the morning (between 8 and 9 am) on the weekend; the upstairs neighbours are extremely noisy and the apartment has a musty sewage odour.

Sara was very nice with great information about Barcelona. She gave good recommendations on sight seeing and restaurants. The apartment location was excellent. The apartment building was very difficult going up and down stairs with an infant and bags/suitcases. The hot water did not last long as expected, quick cold showers ocurred. Kitchen ammenities were very good. Overall it was ok.

No vehicle access to the apartment (it is on a pedestrian precinct). Parking is nearby (100m), but is 30 EUR/24hrs. Otherwise a great apartment in a great location!

The apartment is a good size and a great location. The apartment seems clean until a closer look... the couch had a mini stain on it that looked like someone spilled a glass of soda and never cleaned it up, the water heater for tea etc... was so gross inside that even after I cleaned it with gloves on I still couldn't use it, the white shower curtain has a brown strip on the bottom that is not part of the design but part of the wear and tear of thing....hmmm I loved the location and idea of the apartment but the little things made it not feel clean... oh yeah the toothbrush holder and soap dish haven't been cleaned in ages and were all white and crusty on the inside.... oh yes and when I asked what time check out was they said 11 but I checked out Sat and on the weekends it's at 12 so a little mess up there too not the most pleasant of places but the location makes up for a lot... and at least the bed felt clean!

Very centrally located aparment in the heart of Barcelona. Fantastic place to stay for a short visit.
