NH Berlin Alexanderplatz Hotel Guest Reviews
A very nice hotel, but unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood is under construction, so there is a lack of restaurants, bars, nightlife nearby. But public transportation is very close so it was a small hassle.

nh alexanderplatz is in east berlin. quiet area. excellent facilites and staff second to none. s bahn 2 ins walk from hotel takes you to alexanderplatz u bahn takes you anywhere from there. u2 is best route. breakfast in hotel all you can eat buffet like all other eu hotels. dinner can be buffet or a la carte. excelent value for money. definitely worth a stay. buy liqour at off licence down back steps from hotel. very inexpensive and wil save you a fortune rather than getting ripped off in the airport. if you have any special requiements make htel awre of them before or on arrival. both my partner and i are allergic to feather and down pilows and quilts. we were lucky the night receptioist was so accomodating and aranged pillow and blankets for us. house keeping delivered foam quilts and pillows to us the following morning. the room was always spotless. I realy enjoyed it there and would recomend it to anyone. just a pity it started to snow as we were leaving.

Wasnt the easiest hotel to find but once found was pleasantly surprised. A 3 minute walk from the tram stop which goes to Alexanderplatz (a 6 minute journey) The staff in the restaurant were helpful and extremely welcoming, rooms clean and spacious...I would definitely stay here again.
