Central location, modern furnitures but whitot character and had an unfriendly staff. This hotel had no central heating but electric radiatirs. Not very energy or climate friendly.

Very good location and modern rooms but for the 3 days of my stay I was not able to have a hot shower given that the water was almost cold! An the temperature was -5C outside. The reception said that they were aware of the problem and that technician would come and fix it but nothing happened while I was there. In terms of cleanliness, I had a bed sheet with several (coffee) stains (!!) and while cleaning was very superficial and rushed.

Nice simple city centre hotel in a great location.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, the rooms are a little compact but fine if its just a weekend break as you won't be spening much time there. Location is perfect as you are near Grand Place and the shopping street is just to the left when you step out the hotel door. I would stay here again if I go back to Brussels
