nice neighbourhood, good connections into city center

the hotel is nice and the location is good but what really makes this a great place to stay is the staff. the receptionists, night porters, bar staff, cleaners, all are extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, accommodating. a credit to the hotel.

On arrival the hotel did not have our booking details. The staff were helpful. Dissapointed that they do not have a residents bar as we arrived back to the hotel at about 10 50 pm (sunday )and told if we wanted a drink to use the mini-bar in the room. On check out the hotel tried to over charge us. Apart from the above the hotel was clean and the staff curtious.
