Stayed four nights at this hotel. After arrival on Eurostar from the continent, it is very convenient that the hotel is situated next to St Pancras station. Quick, efficient and friendly check-in. Room is rather plain but comfortable. Beds clean, comfortable but a bit short. Airconditioning is in good order but next to that, the window can in fact be opened, a big plus! Bathroom was fine, the shower ok. A big disappointment: no free wifi, not even in the lobby. The offer to order pay tv combined with wifi for £15 was too much to ask for.

We were very disappointed in this hotel - although the location was superb, the accommodations did not justify the price. The staff were friendly, but completely non-responsive. Our shower leaked profusely, flooding the bathroom floor, and it took 3 calls to even get additional towels to clean up the mess. It appeared that certain decorative touches had been added to help justify the price - such as a glass vanity - but no attention was paid to the basics such as the plumbing and the comfort of the bed.

Very nice hotel just a few blocks from Kings Cross St. Pancras tube-station. Lovely room, nice facilities and helpful staff - would recommend this to anyone who would like to live in Central London with only a 15min walk down to Oxford Circus!

We chose this hotel for location to the rail and our friends. 10 out of 10 for everything. Quiet too. Fresh modern and clean. Would stay here again.
