This was a 1 night stay en-route home at the end of a holiday in Italy. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The hotel seemed very modern and it was fine for our purpose.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here (with our dog ) no complaints at all. A comfortable clean room and an excellent Breakfast.We shall book again when we are next visiting Newcastle.

When I arrived at the hotel I asked to be booked on a 6.30 transfer to the airport. I double checked with reception to see if the transfer booking had been made. When we arrived at the reception at 6.20 we were told that we were not booked on the bus. Reception then told us they would book us a taxi but this did nit arrive either. we had to wait until the bus returned and take that to the airport we did not get to the airport until after 7.00am and almost missed the check-in time for our flight. A complete fiasco.
