Very helpful staffs and good environment.clean and good service.would stay there again.Good breakfast as well.

I stayed here because I was attending a conference at the World Forum so for that it was very convenient. Included breakfast was very good with a range of hot and cold buffet dishes. Internet was an expensive extra as was use of the sauna and gym. Close to museum and to tram lines for city. Room cleaning not great.

It is a good hotel with clean amenities. The only problem is that the water from the shower always ends up on the floor of the bathroom, even though there is a shower screen. Nice breakfast and plentiful.

The weekend was only let down by the buffet arrangements for the Neways party on Saturday evening. We had to set up our own chairs and table, whilst dressed in evening wear, and we ended up with a wheeled trolley instead of a table, no tablecloth - etc etc - it was worse than a very poor holiday camp would have been
