Location
For more shopping facilities guests at the Ocean Apartments Edinburgh are recommended to take a trip into the port district of Leith where poet Robert Burns lived. Visitors can also take a trip back in time at close by Newhaven Heritage Museum which shows what it used to be like to live in a small fishing community. The National Museum of Scotland is within walking distance and also worth a visit.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms where comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again when I am back. May go back in the spring. Only draw back is location. It is some what difficult to find if you do not know the area. Even the locals had a hard time telling me where the hotel was located. (They were very friendly and try to help)

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment. It is very clean. Its also very near the bus station ( 3mins walk) which takes you right to the centre of the city. It is also near ASDA,a huge shopping mall called Ocean Terminal and the Royal Yacht Brittania. Overall excellent.

Good self caterig accomodation. Well furnished with fabulous views out over the forth. Excellent bus service from just outside the apartments - buy a £3.00 ticket and ride all day.

Good spacious modern apartments with an excellent view of Edinburgh and Fife. A little remote but the number 10 bus is exccellent. The terminus is just outside the apartments

Our stay in th Ocean Apartments were fantastic. Everything you could need for self catering with a 24 HR Asda 5 min walk away. 3 min walk to the bus stop and £3 for an all day ticket to edinburgh. Ocean Terminal complex a 10/15 min walk away also. A great place for base with everything you could ask for!
