Nice old building with character. Good location near old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good Polish food in basement restaurant.

Excellent, big rooms. 5 mins from Old Town square. Easy parking in the area. We are definitely going there again.

The breakfast was good,and the kindness of the hotel staff was excellent. I like to recommend this hotel, if you is staying in Krakow for holiday visit.

Friendly staff. Only issue was breakfast were the quality and range could have been better and the staff were a little slow to replenish and clear the tables

my wife and myself stopped here for 4 days in march 08 and we could not fault the hotel or the staff.well placed for the city center ( 500mtrs ).
