PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road Guest Reviews
We found the Parkroyal to be just an average hotel, nothing flash as far as the furnishings go, on arrival we had to call reception regarding a broken chair and also a torch that was provided was also broken, hotel staff very helpfull. I thought I had booked this room including breakfast, only to find at check in it was just the room, this didn't coarse too much of a concern, plenty of places across the road to get something to eat, certainly wasn't going to pay $24 pp for breakfast.

Room service people avoided work but rest of the hotel staff are very helpful and the rooms were well equipped! Will stay again.

I found this hotel to be exceptional along with the staff I could not fault a single thing, in saying so I have sent a personal message to the hotel manager Ian Ekers stating that the staff are superior in every way. I have ticked every question 'very good' however there should be another heading excellent in which I would tick all.

Convenient location just across the street from Farrar park MRT and City Square mall. It is next to Mustafa shopping center where you can buy almost anything there . Service is good, Indian food is plenty near by. I like to stay again next time.
