Although I knew that this was a 5* hotel, as I had got such a good deal, I was a little uncertain as to what would await me. All my doubts disappeared straight away. All the public areas were top class and my room was excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful in the extreme and the 'Wellness Suite' was brilliant. Breakfast was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider using the Palace Hotel again.
