Palace Station Hotel & Casino Las Vegas Guest Reviews
Very Bad Hotel room. WE did not check-in to it. Instead, we moved to a new hotel by paying extra $200.

The Palace Station is an old casino but they have rennovated the rooms. The bathrooms have been updated with a marble or corean slate. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the room had modern decor. I was fortunate enough to get a super rate at $12 a night but even at the normal rate the hotel is a bargain.

I took my parents and an uncle from England to see Las Vegas for the 1st time, and it was kind of disappointing. We booked at this hotels for the reviews we have seen, I paid more for the tower room because I wanted for my family to be surprise with the view. Well after we arrived we opened the window and there it is the parking garage. Requested a coffee maker....Sure thing we'll send it right away....after 3 phone calls, we finally got it the next day. Only two towels for 4 people and no extra were provided after calling. House keeping staff with real bad attitudes.

the room information and images on website was completely different from what we got. The images and information on website indicated a very large and comfortable room in a tower but the rooms in a one-star motel was more luxuries than that. There was not even a box of tissue in the room. And I did not understand the ration behind the "extra fees" for the services that I did not use.

Stayed here for some lat business nights versus a long drive home. VERY comfortable and clean in the Luxury Tower
