This place is a real find - fantastic location at a reasonable price. Don't believe the comments about the 'stuffiness' of the reception staff - they're just very professional and business-like. Can't fault this hotel at all - a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Beautiful hotel and a great location. Very convenient having the water bus stop right next door. Front desk folks were cordial and helpful with directions to navigate Venice's streets and waterways. Wireless internet was not available during our stay, however an internet cafe was a short walk from the hotel. Our room was spacious and it had great view of the Grand Canal.

Palazzo Sant Angelo in Venice is rather expensive but far worth the money! It's a wonderful place to stay. We had a standard double room with view on the Canal Grande. We were surprised how large the room was, furnished very nicely and detail-oriented, and how beautiful the bathroom was. We truly enjoyed the stay there, and would recommend this place to everyone we know (or don't know yet).
