Too many bad things to say about this place I don't know where to start...Good things are that it is nice in appearance and close to the airport. That's it though. I paid for the hotel through Orbitz ahead of time and the hotel charged my friend's credit card for the FULL amount again when they needed a card to hold on the room in case there were incidentals! I ate dinner at the hotel bar the night we stayed there and paid cash and they charged us AGAIN on our hotel bill!! On top of the ridiculous over charges, the airport shuttle isn't worth it. People said to sign up the night before, which we did for our early flight, and it didn't matter. They over booked the shuttle and we basically sat in the trunk to not miss our flight. Horrible service. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is fantastic - new, clean, spacious. Executive room was great. Nearly every facility that they have though is extra charge (ie, internet, laundry, parking etc), and quite pricy. The location is not very near the airport or the city - We arrived at Central Station, had a horrible time working out how to get to the hotel - we caught another train to the airport, and waited for the shuttle. from the hotel, to get to the city, it was a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop(the end of the line)- but Amsterdam's tram system is great -even after midnight there were trams to our stop. On departure, we missed the shuttle bus by 2 minutes, and had to wait another 30 min. When that arrived, there was not enough room for us-only 8 seats. there was an extra bus sitting there, but they had no other driver, so we had to wait another 30min, and someone else was not able to board as there were not enough seats. This was a major failing for a busy sunday. Despite this, i recommend.

Airport pickup and drop is complimentary on website but they charge 5 Euro for airport drop every times. No proper mechanism for refilling room consumables. Even our stay was prepaid but wanted to charge for holland taxes which was a big surprise. and they kept us waiting for 20 min for the same. this hotel is not recommended to any dear ones.
