Park Plaza Cardiff Guest Reviews
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were super and the rooms extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great ( a large choice) and we ate two evenings in the restaurand and the food and service there was excellent also. The Hotel is about 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street in Cardiff. We will definately return!

nice hotel in great location - few niggling irritations - TV didn't work properly, room wasn't turned down in the evening so no fresh towels,coffee etc but on the whole a reasonable hotel

This is an excellent hotel. The quality of the furnishings is of a high standard. The staff are very trained and helpful. The hotel is located centrally within Cardiff, (taxi fare of $AUD8 from station), and have no hestitation in recommending this hotel.

Excellent hotel overall. Just bare in mind that the 'cable TV' is basically a freeview selection, so you wouldn't watch much on there! I would use this hotel again when staying in Cardiff.
