This hotel have no customer service. The beds are hard as a rock and sheets and towel are dirty. I do not recommend this to anyone. You are better off booking a room near the big square near Mandarin Oriental. Much cheaper and less traffic. My friend stayed at BCN Design and it was super nice for a lot less.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Its should be -1. The rooms is dirty with cheap bedding and sheeting. Nothing high-tech about this property beside the complicated shower. We had to switch room cause the sink was leaking water and than going to another room that had a jet shower that turns on and off by itself. Our friends had rooms next to us and AC did not work and the bed sheet had blood on it when they checked in. I rather stay at a hostel than this hotel. It was a waste of money. Never again will I stay at any of this chain hotel. Very Cheaply made with IKEA furniture.

A "high tec" hotel with a space age shower and lovely ensuite, but we had hot water one day out of six!. The staff are welcoming and do their best - there just are not enough of them. Breakfast is quite good but not cheap. For the price we expected a little more, especially hot water. Location is OK, very handy to central attractions. Nice garden at the rear - no service out there though. Would go back if hot water can be guaranteed.

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Location is fantastic. No complaints about the hotel Happy to recommend it to anyone

This hotel has decent-sized rooms and is ideally situated just 40m from La Rambla. Nice and quiet (we had a room facing the back) and a comfortable bed (if you like things on the firm side). The laptop supplied with the room worked well. Some things a little too "high tech" for their own good; the shower was a mystery and the roomsafe didn't work at all. Otherwise a very good place to stay.
