Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Rooms are, however, on the small side with tiny bathrooms and shower cubicles

Once again no porter service. Reception staff tried to be friendly but just at inappropriate times like when you are trying to drag 3 suitcases to the lift they wanted to tell us about tours and things to do. We had booked two rooms both bed rooms were modern and comfortable apart from the air conditioning/heating system that you could not adjust yourself. In relation to the bathrooms well thats another story. The bathroom in one room was so old it was not funny, the water leaked from the hand basin & you had to stand side ways to have a shower. The bathroom in the other room was more modern but seemed to having the same plumbing issues. Breakfast was part of our deal but was nothing special. If the bathrooms in this Hotel were modern and didn't have the plumbing problems this Hotel would have been more pleasurable to stay at.
