The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are quick in responding to our requests and complaints. The hotel is centrally located and accessible to major historical sites in the old city as well as shopping facilities.

Nice clean hotel in a quiet street. Breakfast is average and you have to pay for fresh orange juice and omelets, etc.

Good hotel with reasonable 4 star facilities. Experience with turkish bath was something new. I got this a part of the price of the room as also the lovely orange juice in the breakfast which otherwise is charged 2 euros extra.Old Istanbul is a city of narrow lanes hence the hotel location despite being in congested locality was OK. However I could not park my car there.

Overall stay was good but they were charging every single thing in the hotel. Maybe it was Turkey thing. Charging a pack of sugar was just too ridiculous.
