Princesa Hotel & Tea Lisbon Guest Reviews
It's more like 2&1/2 stars than 3 ;) but location is good. Saw hotels for this price that would be at least 3&1/2 stars - i.e. in Guarda city. Perhaps Lisbon is dearer.

Tired and very basic. We had to ask for a bulb for the bedside light, the shower attachment to the wall was broken, there was no plug for the bath and none available in the hotel. Towels were old, one had a large rip in it. It needs urgent refurbishment. We go to Lisbon fairly regularly and would not consider using this hotel again.

The room was clean but situated on a busy street and thus noisy at night. Breakfast room was crowded and we had to wait for a table. As usual in Portugese cities - parking wasn't arranged in any way, luckily we managed to find a parking space. Bus connection with the city centre was great, as a couple of buses stopped by the hotel. Good value if using the internet discounts.

I visit Portugal frequently, and I do recommend this hotel. Very friendly, and nicely situated in the city, although room etc are not very big. But attitude very nice.

Fantastic hotel for travelers who don't need the "grand chic" of a 5-star hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, so you can enjoy a good nightrest. Breakfast is perfect. And the direct bus-line (line 790), to go to the citycentre, at the front of the hotel is a plus.
