Location
Located in the heart of Basel, the Radisson Blu Hotel Basel is easily accessible by public and private transportation. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the SBB Central Station and 10 minutes by tram to the fairgrounds and congress centre. Radisson Blu Hotel Basel Guest Reviews
Check-in/out was fine, room was very small and bathroom had glass walls so little privacy. Restaurant was expensive but food was very good. Drinks exceptionally expensive (e.g. equivalent of $16 Australian for a scotch and dry). No free internet, no guest laundry. Location was good - close to trams and room rate included free public transport which was handy.

Very well located, within easy walking distance to train station and Airport Shuttle. Right in the centre of town and easy walking distance to city centre sights.

Happy to recommend it to a friend especially at your fantastic rates. Staff were very helpful and co-operative, even offering a late check out so I could swim a few laps in the pool before I left! <BR><BR> The hotel also offers you a free travel pass for the duration of the stay which is very useful and can even get you back to the airport for free.
