Very impressed with the hotel and was given a free upgrade upon arrival to Business Class - friendly staff and would stay again.

Flexible service; we got our room in the morning (normally not before 15:00) and had a chance to have a good 3 hours of sleep before our meeting whereas our pregnant friend (who stayed in another hotel) had to wait.
