Ramada Hotel Guildford Leatherhead Guest Reviews
Hotel is being up graded, we stayed the first night in the old part and it was like a bad seaside B&B and smelled of smoke and paid £109!!! We complained and were moved to the new part and it is as different as chalk and cheese. It was what we expected. A note about the staff:-they were all without exception efficient and very pleasant. The food was also very good.

Hotel's location good. I stayed for sightseening in UK. In order to go from southwest area to Stonehenge, Bath. My plan was changed, I went through hotel as I landed Heathrow airport. Although I requested late check in, staff welcomed and can early check in.

Very average. Nothing good but nothing bad either. Expensive for what it is.

Nothing bad about this place, just very ordinary and very over priced.

The food in the hotel is poor - the room service meal we had was pretty horrid (my husband's vegetarian meal arrived with chicken on top, and my meal was undercooked) and is over-priced. The breakfast was not as advertised - the continental breakfast was near-non-existent - just tinned fruit and cereal, and very expensive at £15.50 when taking into account the lack of quality and variety. We waited an hour and a half for more teabags and milk, and finally gave up, with me going to Reception to get it myself. Finally my room keycard failed, locking me out of the room, and resulting in yet another trip to Reception.
