The front desk staff weren't very friendly and the location is a let down. But the facilities are good.

Hotel was pretty good. The location is bad in the way that is outside of the city centre however there is a tram nearby which stops at all the main sights and scenes. Plus is that it's just off the motorway so finding and parking is easy. Service was good, facilities in the room were good as well. I went to the hotel for a weekend break and there were bathrobes there and there's a nice sauna and gym. Swimming pool is accross the street however not for free. In conclusion, nice hotel with an okay rate.

The rooms were really nice - comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the hotel is close to the tram which goes downtown. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
