Regente Hotel Madrid Guest Reviews
This is a perfect place if your staying in Madrid for a day. It's a basic place with your basic needs. Have to pay 13 euro for 30 minutes of internet, 12 euro for TV access and 13 euro for breakfast. It's near everything Madrid has to offer and metro stops very near by.

Lo peor sitio del mundo! The worst place in the world. El personel fue pesino y mi ignora; la habitacion huele de olor de huevos y en general, todos fueron horrorosa. Vale, hasta al otro lugar. The staff were rude, ignored me and did not have my room ready. The room smelled of eggs and it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep at all in this area. Stay anywhere but Hotel Regente Madrid. Stay at the Best Western, where people are lovely.

Clean room, except bathroom smelled of sewage for our entire stay. Comfortable beds and great location. Front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Also our room was located 2 floors above the breakfast restaurant and it was still very loud in the mornings. Wifi internet is NOT free at 2 euros for half an hour, or 10 euros for the whole day. Good location and comfortable beds do not make up for an unfriendly staff and lack of free Internet considering the price.

Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Great location though. No free internet access. Good for a few days stay. Currently undergoing renovations - very disturbing. Wouldn't recommend....
