Residence Pierre & Vacances Cannes Beach Guest Reviews
We visited this hotel at the end of October 2006 as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 16 and 12). The hotel was ideal for what we wanted at that time of year. As you can imagine some of the facilities were not being run at full capacity. It's location was just right, easy access to a great beach via a tunnel under the railway line by the side of the hotel. There was no distubance at all from the railway for us as we overlooked the pool area. Good undercover car parking for which there was a charge of 55 euros for the week. Easy access into the local village which had a wide range of shops and eateries. About 4 km from the main Cannes area which is an enjoyable walk away down the seafront. The room was two room appartment which was somehwat small but overll we enjoyed the stay very much.

Not too close to the center of Cannes. Not a standard hotel with daily services, but more of a vacation time share.
