A good cheap way to stay in London with easy access to bus and Tube.

I would call this hotel Tourist factory!! )) this is Huge hotel with many tourist. It is nothing to say.. Good location and more or less price. Everything was Ok.

We were so glad when we arrived at the hotel & cant wait to check in & rest after a long flight. But unfortunately, the staff (Staff A) told us no booking in their system & we were told to call the agt ourselves as she couldnt get hold of them. I told her we had paid in full (with the hotel confirmation voucher) but yet they are not helping us. Even their manager, MRS FAIRWEATHER came & told us that this is not their problems & we have to settle ourselves. We called the agent & was told paperworks had been faxed to hotel sometimes back & when we passed our mobile over to the manager, she said she wont talk to anyone. Staff came out & said their office didn’t give them paperworks, thats why couldnt find our booking. No sight of guilty manager at all. If we didn’t solve the problem by calling the agent, we might have to find other hotels to stay. Nightmare! Overall it was a disaster, the room is very old with a small tv, noisy at night. No service, No facility, not worth the value!

Use the comment "a tourist factory" does apply, but the hotel is efficient and close. It has all you need, for you and a thousand friends, but it's access to the airport, eurostar and metro made it an easy base to explore from. Would stay here again. For good pubs wander a few blocks away.
