They shouldn't be charging $19 extra per day as a "spa" fee, but the big heated pool and the "free" beach chairs and umbrellas and towels makes it all worth it.

We had a beautiful view, which was the best thing about the hotel -- but the windows were FILTHY. It's under construction and that woke us up every morning.

Due to a convention staying at the Royal Palm, we were allocated a suite in the Shorecrest Tower at no extra cost. It had a large lounge and a comfortable KS bed in a spacious bedroom. It was well decorated and carpeted, and all the suite needed was a fridge. Staff very helpful. Swimming pool area excellent, and a well equipped outside fitness facility. The hotel just requires a good bar and restaurant to finish it off, ideally situated as it is near/between Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road Mall. We will definitely be back next year in Nov.

We asked to switch rooms because the rugs were stained badly and the room had a musty smell. We were told that they would come clean the room or move us to a smaller room. We decided to stay in our current room, but realized after that they were remodeling the room right above us!! We heard noises all day! Also, one of our windows did not close properly so there was more noise to be heard!!!! The best part about our stay was the staff at breakfast!! Ana and Pedro were awesome as well as the breakfast!! Next time I will stay at the Lowes where the wedding party stayed!!

I found hairs still on the sheet. The staffs were not helpful. When we arrive no one at the door to help with our bags or even to just greet us. The television didn't work and when we called they were rude. I would never ever stay here again. It's better to trust the big named chain hotels for service.
