this hotel is clean and tidy the staff very good valet parking woo hoo, the room was quiet and the beds are sooooooo comfortable, great location

On arrival at 11:30 pm staff were disintrested. They did not have a King Delux non smoking room we had booked and paid for. They tried to convince me that a std double room was actually an upgrade ! Then they put us in a smoking room Then we got a run down old double room (at least it was non smoking) Hall ways had bedding and other junk in them, generally the place was dirty and not well kept. Ordered room service and they got one of the two meals wrong and didnt deliver any cutlery Overall a bad experience They did give us a bottle of red wine to say sorry... no discounts or refunds though ! Never again !

Well so so from a service perspective but right in the heart of the city so quite good to go party and bring back your latest conquest

Room was not ready for us when we arrived at 6.30pm - apparently not clean. Also had booked room for 3 people and only one double bed in room. Very poor value for money paid. Also given smoking room when we specified non-smoking. Staff were not helpful. We were told to just go away and no apology when our room wasn't ready. Very disappointed and won't be ever going back.

Top position for access to China Town,Capitol Theatre & Hyde Park. Room comfortable.Bathroom had bath & shower,terrific for people who enjoy a bath.Being in Nth Tower on 20th floor meant view was courtyard buildings opposite. Great range of restaurants in walking distance with great Asian & Japanese choices. I'd stay again if rate was right.
