good apartment,but the need to get a good second bed, the convertable sleeper sofa was faulty,but apart from this the hotel is very goog

Brand new and nicely decorated. Equipment level is good, and appartment is clean. Location is not really great; a bit far away from center. And note that it is very noisy if your room is on the street side.

NO phone meaning landline paying £120 per night in serviced apaprtment where i regularly stay around the uk and no landline just an intercom ??????? NO tea nad coffee others leave it for u as courtesy in serviced apartment! Was not impresssed at all

Late check in a bit annoying, but everything else excellent. Would like to see access to iron and ironing board. Staff very friendly and oblidging. Not being able to receive phone calls to rooms is inconvenient and outgoing lines were down for the time we stayed.

Everything was excellent except that there was no TV in the apartment. Great value for the money, we paid 210 GBP for 3 nights.
