We chose Santa Ana because it is by a nice beach and within easy reach of Palma by bus. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable(with balcony and sea view) and we will probably stay there again.

Great seaview from each room. Hotel needs urgent renovation allover, furniture dates back to 1960? Buffet breakfast not very high standard.

The hotel rooms were fairly basic but the excellent position, right by a clean sandy beach, more than made up for this. The sea was very clean, too. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would certainly recommend the Santa Ana hotel to friends.

Location at Cala Mayor gives the hotel guest a short distance to Palma city, either by bus or taxi. Beach area is one of the oldest on the island and is a small, but nice, city beach. rest of the neigborhood is kind of run down. The area has seen better days.
